        NDSU's Wide World of Sports

Video ArtsCoach Bohl and his boys put on their game faces. worked with Fargo's Flint Communications to help produce a new set of commercials for NDSU's football and basketball teams.  Working closely with John Nelson from SimmonsFlint, the Video Arts crew helped create a surreal,
edgy look to the football campaign - complete with the thundering herd and bolts of lighting.  The look of the campaign became such a success, the :30 commercial worked itself into a one minute opener at the home games at the FargoDome.

A screen shot from All For This - Women's Basketball. From football, we shifted to basketball and creating two cinematic spots for both the men's and women's basketball teams.  Based on the concept of "All For This" the spots followed star players Coco Cofield and Katie Lorenz as they went through their daily routines: eating, breathing, and sleeping basketball.

The spots were such a success they made it onto an NDSU sports message board with responses like...

"Whoever is doing these ads is doing an excellent job. They seem like they are DI commercials. I could see the Gophers having something like the Bison BB ads."

"Well done, whoever does the Bison advertising!"

"The ads definitely have a first class look to them.  They are better than some of the ads run by the Gophers here in Minneapolis ."
